1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the egg 333 platform and all its associated services. "Platform" refers to egg 333's website, mobile application, and any digital medium. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

Creating an account on egg 333 or using its services means full agreement to these Terms. If any user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they should not use the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on egg 333 and use any betting or casino services, the user must be at least 21 years old. Identity verification may be required at the time of registration or at any other time. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and any bonuses will be cancelled. Different members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but if they share the same device or network, egg 333 must be informed in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The user must provide their real name, date of birth, current address, and an active mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods

The minimum deposit amount on egg 333 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and others). After a deposit is completed, the balance is usually credited within a short time.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.

3.3 Verification Process

For large withdrawal amounts, egg 333 reserves the right to verify identity. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. If verification documents are not provided in time, the withdrawal process will remain on hold.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on egg 333 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be met.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonuses are only usable on designated games. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If the wagering requirement is not completed within a set time limit, the bonus will be cancelled. Transferring bonus funds to another account is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If suspicious betting patterns, coordinated attempts to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, or any form of fraud are detected, egg 333 may cancel the bonus and close the account. In any bonus-related dispute, egg 333's decision will be considered final.

5 VIP Program

egg 333's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Users move up to higher levels through regular betting activity.

Each level has a weekly cashback benefit: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.3%, Gold — up to 0.5%, Platinum — up to 0.6%, and Diamond — up to 0.8%. Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

All decisions regarding VIP levels or cashback are at the sole discretion of egg 333. egg 333 may change the VIP program terms without prior notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is not processed due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be returned to the user's account. egg 333's server records are final in determining bet outcomes.

6.2 Odds and Match Results

All odds may change in real time, and the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet will apply. If any event is cancelled or postponed, egg 333 will settle the bet according to its policy.

6.3 Cheating and Fraud

Any form of fraud, cheating, gaining unfair advantage through software, or attempting to harm other users is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is proven, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming Commitment

egg 333 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial stress. We encourage all our members to enjoy games responsibly and within their limits.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any member can close their account at any time by contacting the egg 333 support team. Any pending withdrawal requests should be completed before applying for account closure.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by egg 333

egg 333 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Any violation of the Terms
• Providing false or incomplete registration information
• Fraudulent betting behaviour
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Violation of the age requirement

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no transaction or login for an extended period (generally more than 12 months), the account may be marked as inactive. egg 333 will inform members in advance about the policy applicable to inactive accounts.

10 Mobile Application Use

egg 333's Android (APK) and iOS applications are available. The app must be downloaded and installed only through official channels. Using versions downloaded from third-party sources may create security risks, and egg 333 will not be responsible for that.

These Terms apply equally to all transactions and betting activity conducted through the app. It is the user's own responsibility to prevent unauthorised access to their account through the app.

11 Customer Support

egg 333's customer support team provides service seven days a week, 24 hours a day, via live chat and email. The support team can assist in both Bengali and English.

12 Limitation of Liability

egg 333 accepts limited liability for any financial loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or communication disruptions. However, egg 333 will make efforts to ensure fair compensation for users in such situations.

egg 333 is not responsible in any way if expected profits from gaming or betting are not achieved. Betting and gaming are inherently risky and there is a possibility of financial loss. Users play at their own risk.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the egg 333 website — logos, graphics, software, text, and design — is the intellectual property of egg 333. Copying, redistributing, or using this content commercially without prior written permission is prohibited.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Attempting to access the platform using any automated tools, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.

14 Policy on Changes to Terms

egg 333 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore the user's own responsibility to check this page regularly.

15 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between egg 333 and its users will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If a resolution is not reached through discussion, it will be settled by an appropriate method in accordance with egg 333's Terms.

If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. If there is a difference between the Bengali version and any other language version of the Terms, the Bengali version will take precedence.
